I love living in The Grove, have been here 7 years. The people here are fantastic! I am never alone, always something to do with my "Grove Family " I never dreamed my "Golden Years" could be so much fun!

The Grove is beautiful, peaceful, friendly and clean! The neighbors in The Grove are friendly and helpful and always ready to give a helpful hand. The town of Foley and Gulf Shores is beautiful and friendly. Without American Land Lease and Ken Craddock our dream would have never come true. We thank God everyday that we are so blessed to live in Paradise. For the first time in 60 years we have felt safe. We've been here only a few short days and already it feels like home.
We would like to thank all of the staff at The Grove for their patience and understanding because this was our first move in 42 years. The Grove made the transition a lot easier.

As the compiler of the information for The Foley Grove newsletter, I have the unique opportunity to talk with most everyone in the community.
I want to let you know about the many positive comments I have heard about the community that have occurred over the past year. The community is in far better condition and the residents are showing greater pride in each of their own residents. While not everyone is aware of every improvement, there are many comments about various improvements: Lights, fans on the outside the clubhouse, the early heating of the pool, the new grill, of course the asphalt rejuvenation, the mowing and general maintenance, painting and repair of the pillars at the clubhouse, the new microwave, and on and on.
The community as a whole has come together to share in events and comradery.
At a recent Pig Roast with live entertainment, we had over 124 in attendance. The next weekend with a farewell party for our snowbirds and we had almost 100 at the clubhouse.
Our management is accessible, encourages activities and respects the people who live here. And we all appreciate the new residents who are joining our community. I also hear the sorrow from some of our residents who have had to move on. Many wish they had not had to move. What a compliment to our community!

Hello from the Grove!
My name is Patricia Beach and I live in Paradise! I grew up in Toledo Ohio!
We've been checking out 55+ communities for 26 years in Florida!
We were disappointed with the changes from one year to the other!
We knew we had to look else ware and Florida was out !
So I clicked on Alabama and the Grove came up!
Boy was it a blessing for us!
We met Ken Craddock the salesman on line!
Boy was he a lot of help!
He sent us pictures of everything for sale plus pictures of the hot spots and beach!
My Son who lived in Mississippi came to check it out for us!
WOW is all I could say about the Grove!
It was everything Ken said about the Grove!
My husband's brother died from cancer and my Ken was in a bad way!
I called Ken Craddock to find out if the guest home was available?
He said no but hang on and came right back to tell us he got the guest house for us!
We worried about being far from doctors and hospital and the store!
What we needed was within miles of County Road 59!
It was our dream come true ! It was paradise to us!
After living in a noisy city!
We found friendly neighbors, peace and quiet and a second family here!
We found the best of everything by going to the morning coffee!
It saved us time and kept us from going to the wrong doctors and everything else!
We thought we would miss our parks to walk in! Surprise, we got a walking trail!
We got a park, swings, a pond to sit by, and a little forest to walk or drive through!
We have a club house that provides activities if you want to join in!
We have a pool and hot tub!
We have a library that lends you books and movies and games!
It is so peaceful here I feel I am living in a dream after living in the city all my life!
When my son passed away 10 months after we moved here we had the big family at the Grove to help us heal!
I would highly recommend The Grove to anybody we talk to who needs peace and quiet and friendship!
We have told people on the beaches about The Grove!
The Grove is a dream come true for the Beach's!
